Service Levels:

• 4 Hour - Delivered by end of day. For one way orders, order by 1pm. For roundtrip, order by 9am

• 2 Hour - Delivered within 2 hours. For one way orders, order by 3pm. For roundtrip, order by 1pm.

• Express - Delivered within 90 minutes. For one way orders, order by 3:30pm. For roundtrip, order by 2pm.

• Urgent - Delivered within 1 hour. There is no cutoff time for this delivery level.
